The tiger is one of the most alert animals. And yet, today tigers are in danger. What are the ways adopted by the government to protect them from danger?

The government of India have made different laws to protect the wildlife in the country. The Wildlife protection act is an example of such acts. This act was implemented on 9th September 1972, in order to ensure environmental and ecological security. As per the act, anyone trying to harm plants or animals is liable to a fine of 25000 rupees and/or imprisonment for up to 3 years.
