$\therefore$ Area of rectangle $=1166-616=550c{m}^2$

Given that the length of rectangle $=25$

$\Rightarrow$ Breadth of rectangle $=\frac{550}{25}=22cm$

$\therefore$ Circumference of circle $=\pi \times 28=88cm$

Perimeter of rectangle $=2(25+22)=94cm$
