The correct option is C Quotient =104
Remainder =3
Total area of the museum = 1875 sq.m
There are total 18 rooms.
So, the area of each room will be =Total area÷No.of rooms.
=1875 sq.m.÷18.

Now by applying distributive property, 1875 can be broken down as:
1875=1800+75.

So, 1875÷18=1800÷18+75÷18.

∴ Calculating 1875÷18 by box method of division,


∴ The final quotient becomes 104 and the remainder becomes 3.
