Solution
For SO3:
It is sp2 hybridized and three electrons are involved in π bonding out of which two are involved in pπ−dπ bonds.
For SO2:
It is sp2 hybridized and two electrons are involved in π bonding out of which one is involved in pπ−dπ bonds.
For XeO4:
It is sp3 hybridized and 4 electrons are involved in pπ−dπ bonds.
For IO−3:
It is sp3 hybridized and three electrons are involved in pπ−dπ bonds. ∴ Sum of all the pπ−dπ bonds =2+1+4+3=10
