Using the given dimensions we can say that:

Length of the cuboid, $l = 26 m$

Breadth of the cuboid, $b = 14 m$

Height of the cuboid, $h = 6.5 m$

Total Surface Area of a cuboid = $2 [(l \times b) + (b \times h) + (h \times l)]$

$= 2 (26 \times 14 + 14 \times 6.5 + 6.5 \times 26) = 1248 m^{2}$
