The correct option is B 428.25 m2

Total surface area = π(R+r)s+πR2+πr2

Curved surface area = π(R + r)s

Diameter = radius ×2

Radius, R = 2.5 m, r = 1 m

Therefore, 450 = Curved surface area +π(2.52+12)

450 = Curved surface area +3×(6.25+1)

45021.75=Curved surface area

Curved surface area = 428.25 m2
