The train in which we are sitting appears to move while it's at rest . explain

The train appears to move because when we continue our journey in train over a long distance, our body have acquired same inertia of motion , direction , rest .Over a long distance journey in the train, our body gets habituated, hence when the train is at rest we feel that it is in motion but actually it remains in rest.
