As we know velocity $v = \frac{s}{t}$ where s= displacement and t= time.
As the distance covered from point A to B is same to the distance covered from point B to A, thus there will be no displacement, s=0.
Hence its average velocity will be 0 but it average speed will be
$v_{a v g . s p e e d} = \frac{v_{1} + v_{2}}{2} = \frac{60 + 80}{2} = 70$
