The twins Rina and Tina picked a fight while playing. It all started when they checked their weights using a digital weighing balance. Rina says that she weighs more than her sister. But Tina doesn’t agree with her.

The readings of the weighing balance are as follows:

Rina: 32.654 kg.

Tina: 32.659 kg.

Who do you think is correct? (Rina/Tina) __

In order to know who is correct, we have to compare their weights, 32.654 kg and 32.659 kg. As we see, their weights are in decimals, let’s first compare the digits on the left of the decimal point, starting from the leftmost digit. Here, both the digits 3 and 2, to the left of the decimal point are same. So we compare the digits on the right of the decimal point starting from the tenths place. Here, digits at tenths and hundredths place are same. At the thousandths place, 4 < 9. So, 32.654 < 32.659. Hence, Tina’s weight is more compared to her sister, Rina.
