Components of V0 in the direction of string is velocity of block attached to that string.
For string connected to left hand block,
V0cos600=2.5 (1)
For string connected to right hand block,
V0cos(900θ)=4
V0sinθ=4 (2)
Dividing equation (2) by (1), we get
sinθ=45
θ=530
From equation (1) value of V0 is,
V0=5 m/s
