The correct option is A 20 Hz
Frequency of nth harmonic vibration in closed pipe,
Vn=2n14lv=220 Hz
Frequency of (n+1)th harmonic vibration,
Vn+1=[2(n+1)1]4l=(2n+1)v4l=260 Hz

But Vn+1Vn=260220=40
[(2n+1)(2n1)]v4l=40
2v4l=40
v4l=20 Hz
So the fundamental frequency of the system is 20 Hz.
