The two sides of a square are given by the expressions 3x+13x+1 and 4x-4. Find the perimeter of the square ?

Perimeter of square = 4×side
Sides are given by 3x+1
In square the sides of are equal
8x+1=4x4
5=x
hence side = 3×5+1=16
Perimeter = 4×16
=64.
