Solution

The correct option is B Ionisation
Looking at the name, it ir pretty straight forward what happens here.
Remember, nitrito refers to the NO2 group. What is nitrito - N ? When the metal bonds with the nitrogen atom of NO2. What is the hint here? You know that this ligand can also exist as the ONO group which is known as the nitrito - O group. This is clearly an ambidentate ligand.
What is this type of isomerism? Linkage isomerism, right?
But is this all?
It is also possible, theoretically atleast, that the NO2 and one of the Cl may exchange their positions hence ionisation isomerism could also be observed.
