Solution
The correct option is A Mouth
In hydra, stinging cells called nematocysts are found on the tentacles which they use to catch their prey. Nematocysts release the toxin to paralyse the prey. Once the prey has been paralysed, the tentacles will put it towards the mouth, where it will be swallowed to be digested in the digestive cavity. Much of the digestion is accomplished by the enzymes secreted into the cavity. Hydra can eat relatively large prey in comparison to their size. Small particles resulting from digestion are then engulfed by the cells lining the digestive cavity. The undigested food in them is expelled through the mouth.
