Given γ=CPCV=43
and dU=n(VdP+PdV)
In a simple adiabatic process,
ΔQ=ΔU+ΔW
where ΔQ=0=ΔU+ΔW or=ΔU+PdV...(1)

In a adiabatic process:PVγ=CPV4/3=C

Taking log on both sides,
ln P+43ln V=C3ln P+4ln V=C

Differentiating the above equation
3dPP+4dVV=0
3VdP+4PdV=03VdP+3PdV+PdV=0...(2)

On comparing 1 and 2,
dU=3(VdP+PdV)
Hence, n=3

So, option B is correct.
