Given, 90+x3+4n=3(30+2n)
x3=2n(1)
& 50+x2+3n=2(30+2n)
x2n=10(2)
Solving 1) & 2), we get
2x2x3=20(3)
But we know that x2+x3=7030=40(4)
Solving (3) & (4), we get
x2=x3 = Rs. 20 lakhs
Putting the value of x2 in (2), we get
n = 10
Hence, the number of gold coins with the old lady is 9n=9×10=90.
