The correct option is B $- 80$
At $a = 1,$ $b = - 2$ we have $4 a^{2} + 3 b = 4 + 3 (- 2) = - 2$ and
$9 b^{2} + 4 a = 9 (- 2)^{2} + 4 (1) = 9 \times 4 + 4 = 40$
Thus product = $- 2 \times 40 = - 80$
