(a) As given in the question we have to make a frequency distribution for the digits of pi and we know that the frequency of a particular data value is the number of times the data value occurs.
We need to count the number of times each decimal point is repeated and fill the tally marks and frequency accordingly. We get:


(b) From the frequency distribution table we can observe that 1 and 7 are the digits which appear the least number of times.
