Since Matrix A is singular,
Therefore, |A|=0

[ex2e7+xe2+xe2x+3]=0

e(x2+2x+3)e(2+x+7+x)=0

e(3x1)e(2x+9)=0

e3x+1=e2x+9

On comparing, we get
3x+1=2x+9

x=8.
