x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0

Center is C(-g,f)=(2,4)

radius=g2+f2-c

=-22+-42+5=5

We know that distance of a straight line ax+by+c=0 from any point x1,y1 is d=ax1+by1+ca2+b2
