The correct option is D 8

The value of B can be either 3 or 8 because 3×6=18 and 8×6=48.

If we take B = 3, we can write
6×A+1=28 6A=281A=276=92

But A must be a single digit whole number, and hence we reject the possibility of B being 3.

Now, if B = 8, then
6×8=48.
6×A+4=286×4+4=28

So, A = 4 and B = 8
