Vapour density (V.D.)=Molecular weight2

11.2×2=Molecular weight

Molecular weight=Mw=22.4 grams

Moles=n=mMw=11.222.4=0.5

At N.T.P., number of moles=n=Volume(L)22.4L

0.5×22.4= Volume

Volume =11.2 litres
