Solution
p0 =2338 Pa , Ps = 2295.8 Pa ; T = 293K
p0−Psp0=n×MW=n×M×1000W×1000=molality×M1000
molality =2338−2295.82338×100018=1.003
Mass of solution =100 + 1.0030 × 60 = 1060.1 g = 1.061 kg
Volume of solution = 1.0601010m3 = 1.05×10−3m3
∴molality=1.0031.05×10−3=955.24molm−3
Hence , osmotic pressure = nV×R×T
⇒955.24×8.314×313=2.49×106pa
Hence osmotic pressure is approximately equal to 2.53×106 .
