We can find the adiabatic coefficient γ by using,
γ=1+2f
Since the gas is monoatomic in nature,
Number of degrees of freedom (f)=3
Thus we get, γ=53

Equation of state of an adiabatic process in terms of P and V is given by
PVγ= constant
Differentiating both sides,
dPP=γdVV
We can write this as,
dPdV=γ×PV
At point A, from the data given in the figure, we can say that
dPdV=53×3P02V0=5P02V0
