The correct option is C LCR or LR

Clearly, from the diagram, voltage leads the current by 45.

Voltage leads current in a circuit where nature is inductive.

In a purely inductive circuit, voltage leads the current by 90.

But here, the phase difference between the voltage and current is (ϕ)=45.

So, The circuit is either RL circuit or an RLC circuit in which XL is dominant over XC.

Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
