Velocity of light in certain liquid v2=2×108 m/s

Let refractive index of certain liquid w.r.t air =ηg

We know,

Refractive index=Velocity of lightVelocity of light in med

Or,

η1η2=V2V1

Or,

η2=η1V1V2

Putting all the values

η2=31.5×2×10852.5×108

After solving

η2=65=1.2
