The area under the velocity-time graph gives displacement.
Since, the velocity here is always positive, the area under this graph will give distance (i.e., distance = displacement).
Area covered from t=0 s to t=10 s (portion A) =12×10×15=75

Area covered from t=10 s to t= 15 s (portionB)= 5×(10)+12×(5)×(5)=62.5 m
Area covered from t=15 s to t=20 s (portion C)
=(5)×(10)+12×(10)×(5)=75 m
Area covered from t=20 s to t=50 s(portionD)
=(30)×(20)=600 m
Total distance covered =75+62.5+75+600=812.5 m
