The correct option is C 100 m and 0 m/s
Area A1=12×20×5=50
A2=12×20×(5)=50
The area under the velocity-time curve gives the distance travelled by the body.
Distance =|A1|+|A2|=50+50
Distance travelled =100 m
However displacement =A1+A2=5050=0
Since, Average velocity=DisplacementTime taken
Average velocity=0
Hence the correct option is (c).
