Solution

The correct option is C (2+3)xy=1+23
Let A,B and C be the vertices of ΔABC
A(2,3) and BC lie on the line l:x+y=2

Let lines l1 and l2 passing through A
Angle made by l1 and l2 with l
i.e. α = 60

Now, l:x+y=2
y=2x
Slope of l:tanθ=1
θ=18045=135
α=60 and θ=135

Equations of l1 and l2 are :
y3=tan(θ±α)(x2)
y3=tan(135±60)(x2)

Case 1:
y3=tan(135+60)(x2)
y3=tan(195)(x2)
y3=tan(15)(x2)
y3=(23)(x2)
(23)xy=123

Case 2:
y3=tan(13560)(x2)
y3=tan(75)(x2)
y3=cot(15)(x2)
y3=(2+3)(x2)
(2+3)xy=1+23
