The correct option is B x7y+2=0

If the bisector of angle B meets side AC at D then
ADDC=BABC.
BA2=(5(1))2+(1(7))2=36+64=100

BA=10
BC=(51)2+(14)2=16+9=25
BC=5
so
ADDC=105=2.

The co-ordinates of D are
(23)C+(13)A=(23)(1,4)+(13)(1,7)
=(13)(1,1)
=(13,13).

The slope of DB is m=(113)(513)=(23)(14/3)=17.
The line BD passes through B so it has equation

y1=(17)(x5)
7y7=x5
7y=x+2.
