Heght $h=5$

Volume of cone $=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h$

$753.6$$=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h$

$r^2=144$

$r=12$

TSA of cylinder$=2\pi r^2+2\pi rh$

$=2\times 3.14\times 12(12+5)$

$=1281.12$
