Oxidation reaction of methane is as follows:
CH4+2O2CO2+2H2O

At same temp. and pressure volume is proportional to moles
So, 1 mole of CH4 requires 2 moles of O2
Similarly, 2 liters of CH4 at NTP will require =2×21=4 liters of O2

Hence, option B is correct.
