The correct option is A 3 cm/s
General Expression of wave is, y=Asin(ωtkx+ϕ) ,where A is amplitude, k is the wave number, ω is the angular frequency, ϕ is the phase diferrence at initial position and t and x are time and position respectively.
Also, we can find the value of Speed of Wave throught this equation and that is, v=ω/k it is the speed of wave.
In given question Speed of Wave is, v=ω/k=3/1=3cm/s


Hence option A is correct
