The correct option is B $5 Hz$
Given that
$λ_{1} = 34.5 cm = 34.5 \times 10^{- 2} m$
$λ_{2} = 34.7 cm = 34.7 \times 10^{- 2} m$
Speed of sound $v = 340 m/s$
So, from formula,
$f_{1} = \frac{v}{λ_{1}} = \frac{340}{34.5 \times 10^{- 2}} = 985.5 \approx 985 Hz$
and
$f_{2} = \frac{v}{λ_{2}} = \frac{340}{34.7 \times 10^{- 2}} = 979.83 \approx 980 Hz$
