$\left(a\right)$ Mass is the quantity of matter contained in a body and does not vary from place to place.​ So, the mass of the boy on the moon is the same as that on earth i.e. $30kg$.​
$\left(b\right)$ Given, the weight of a body of mass $6.0kg$ on moon$=10N$
So, weight of a $1kg$ mass on moon $=\frac{10}{6}N$
The mass does not vary at different places,weight of $30kg$ boy on moon's surface will remain same.​
weight of a $30kg$ boy on moon $=30\times \frac{10}{6}N$
$=50N$
$\therefore$ weight of the boy on the moon surface is $50N$
