According to question,

Weight of Rahul $=(x+5)$ kg

Weight of Samir $=(2x-12)$ kg

Combined weight of Samir, Rahul and Sachin $=93$ kg

i.e., $x+(x+5)+(2x-12)=93$

$4x-7=93$
