The wheel moves $2\pi r$ distance in one rotations

for 1000 times (rotations)

it moves 1000 $\left(2\pi r\right)$

Given that is equal to 1.76 km = 1760 km

$1000\left(2\pi r\right)=1760$

$2000\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=1760$

$r=\frac{56}{200}$

$r=\frac{7}{25}m$

$\therefore$ radius of wheel = $\frac{7}{25}m$
