The correct option is C 21.6
Number of revolutions in 1 hour = (10 × 60 × 60)/5 = 7200
Distance moved in 1 revolution = Circumference of the wheel = 30 dm = 3m (as 10 decimeter = 1m.)
Hence, the distance moved in one hour = (3 × 7200)/1000 km = 21.6 km
Therefore, the speed of the wheel = 21.6 km/hr.

1 चक्कर में तय की गयी दूरी = पहिए की परिधि = 30 डे.मी. = 3 मी.
