Work done by a force F in moving a point thus forming the displacement vector s is given by W=F.s
Here, F=ai+j+k
Since the point moves from (1,1,1) to (2,2,2),s=(21)i+(21)j+(21)k
i.e. s=i+j+k
Work done =F.s
5=(ai+j+k).(i+j+k)
5=a+1+1
