The correct option is C a=0,b=0
Given: The equation of a line is y3x=0

To find out- the equation of the line in intercept form which is
xa+yb=1, when a=x-intercept and b=y-intercept.

Solution-
y3x=0
y=3x+0

Comparing this equation with slope-intercept form y=mx+c, we get
c=0
y-intercept is 0.

Substituting y=0 in the given equation, we get
3x=0 or x=0
x-intercept is 0.

x-intercept =a=0 y-intercept =b=0
