The correct option is A
Xsensitivity=2msec/cm=SX
Ysensitivity=1V/cm=SY

for input peak to peak voltage,
VPP=4V

So, length on Y-axis form peak to peak,
l1=VPPSY=4cm

T=2πω=2π100π=150=20msec
T/2=10msec

Now half cycle on X-axis corresponds to legnth,
I2=T/2Sx=20msec2msec/cm=5cm
