Solution

Let the cost of television be x and V.C.R be y.
3x+2y=Rs.3,500
SP of a television =x+1000
SP of a VCR =y+500
2(x+1000)+3(y+500)
Solving above two equations
we get, x=5000
y=10,000
SP of a television =Rs.(5000+1000)=Rs.6000
SP of a VCR =Rs.(10,000+500)=Rs.10,500
