Ratio of the boy’s height to the girl’s height is (150 cm/1.4 m). To compare two similar quantities using ratio, we must make sure that their units are same. We know that,

1 m = 100 cm

1.4 m = 140 cm

The ratio hence becomes equal to 150 cm140 cm i.e. 1514.
