Lupin is the member of family Fabaceae in which 10 stamens are present in each flower.
Each stamen has 4 microsporangia and each microsporangia has 30 Microspore mother cells.
Each microspore mother cell gives rise to pollen tetrad.
Thus a flower with 10 stamens having 4 Microsporangia in each and 30 microspore mother cell per microsporangia will give rise to 4,800 pollen grains ( 10 Stamens per flower * 4 Microsporangia per stamen * 30 Microspore mother cell per Microsporangia * 4 Pollen grains from a Microspore mother cell) .
So whole plant with 10 flowers would give rise to 48,000 pollen grains.
