The tickets are numbered from $1$ to $15$

First ticket drawn can be any number from $1$ to $15$ , so the number of possible ways are $15$

Second ticket drawn can be any number from $1$ to $15$ except the number on first ticket , So the number of possible ways are $14$

Therefore the number of possible ways we can take one by one ticket is $15\times 14\times 13.............1=15!$

So the sample space is all the rearrangements of numbers from $1$ to $15$

The number of possible sets in the sample space is $15!$
