Given that there are 30 tickets in a box and a ticket is drawn:
If S be the sample space,
S={1,2,3,.......30}
Number of elements in S:
n(S)=30

If A be the event that the ticket bears a number which is a perfect square,
A={1,4,9,16,25}
Number of elements in A:
n(A)=5
