It is given that Ram gets a locker in the $235^{t h}$ shelf.

Now Arjun also has to get a locker in the same shelf. There are 299 shelves left which are not taken by Ram.

Number of favourable outcomes = The number of shelves that Arjun got allotted = 1

Total number of outcomes = 300

$∴$ P(Arjun getting the same shelf as Ram) = $\frac{1}{300}$
