There are 365 days in a year which have 52 weeks, then in a leap year with only 1 day more i.e. 366 days why there are 53 weeks?

A leap year has 364+2 days which makes 52 weeks and two days approximately.The 364 days are taken as 52 weeks where as rest two days are counted in a next week means 53rd week.
