Here, the total number of employees = 720
where,

Managers	40
Labours	240

Hence, employees working in other department
$=720-(120+40+240)$
$=720-400$
$=320$

Also, complete central angle = $360°$
So, the central angle representing one employee = $\frac{360}{720}=0.5^{\circ }$
and,
The number of managers = $40$
So, the central angle representing managers = $40\times 0.5=20°$
and,
the central angle representing employees in other department =$320\times 0.5=160°$
Hence, the difference in the central angle of the sector representing managers and other departments = $160°-20°=140°$
