Let the number of boys be x, so the number of girls will be 75-x
$0.8 x + 0.3 (75 - x) = 45 \Rightarrow 0.5 x = 22.5 \Rightarrow x = 45$
Therefore number of girls, 75-x = 75-45 = 30
